Due to tighter mortgage lending conditions, the largest increases in property prices occurred in the less prestigious areas of Strasbourg. Property prices in the Porte du Rhin area of Strasbourg increased by 16.9% over the year for older apartments.
Although the real estate market in Alsace is declining, as in the rest of France, prices are not falling yet, and even on the contrary. Here are the areas of Strasbourg where real estate prices have increased the most over the year.

In third place is Otper (+13.5%) with a median price per square meter of 2,050 euros.
However, some prestigious neighborhoods such as Orangerie had moderate price increases (+3.7%) or price decreases as in Krutenau (-0.4%) or Contades (-0.3%).
However, there are exceptions to the rule. For example, Mary's neighborhood grew by 12.5% over the year and Little France by 11.1%!
