Due to tighter mortgage lending conditions, the largest increases in property prices occurred in the less prestigious areas of Strasbourg. Property prices in the Porte du Rhin area of Strasbourg increased by 16.9% over the year for older apartments.

The median price per square meter is now €2,890.

The second Strasbourg district that has benefited most from price increases over the year is Canardier West (+14.8%), where the median price per square meter is €2,730.

In third place is Otper (+13.5%) with a median price per square meter of 2,050 euros.

However, some prestigious neighborhoods such as Orangerie had moderate price increases (+3.7%) or price decreases as in Krutenau (-0.4%) or Contades (-0.3%).
