The average real estate price in Montenegro has increased by about15 percent compared to last year, with the highest demand observed for square meters by the sea.

The options on the Montenegrin coast are diverse - here you can find everything from apartments, flats, and studio apartments to luxurious penthouses, houses, and villas.

According to data from the website nekretnine.rs, the average price per square meter in Montenegro is at least 1,500 euros and above.

For example, you can find a studio of about 20 square meters for 30,000 euros, which is located in the city of Tivat, 800 meters from the beach and on the first floor of a building.

Options also include luxury apartments; for example, a 46 square meter apartment in Budva costs 184,000 euros.
