The prices of real estate in Croatia have skyrocketed. And here are the prices in Montenegro. The real estate market is stable compared to last year, but the general trend in Serbia and the region indicates that prices are still rising, writes Blic Business.

The prices of apartments in Montenegro also have a slight increase, although at some point it seemed that the market was slowing down. The summer season is slowly coming to an end, but the popularity of seaside towns such as Budva, Herceg Novi, Tivat still remains due to the demand for square meters. Prices for square meters have increased by 40 percent in the past year, and today the offer is quite diverse. The price per square meter of apartments in Podgorica varies from 1,600 euros to about 2,000. By the sea price per square meter''grew by more than 40 percent.

Budva

Budva is considered one of the most expensive cities in Montenegro in terms of real estate prices. Apartment prices in Budva and surrounding villages are well above average. One ad states that a 32 square meter studio apartment with a view of the city costs 85,000 euros. A larger apartment in Budva of 72 square meters costs 149,000 euros. Another garçonniere of 22 square meters is offered for 52,000 euros. There is also an extensive supply of luxury apartments in Budva, with a minimum price of 100,000 euros.

Cotor
