The Scandinavian dream has come to an end in Montenegro, where the 44th government led by Prime Minister Milojko Spajic has been elected. The prime minister promised that the new government will ensure stability, given that it received the biggest support in the country's history.

In parliament, 46 MPs voted in favor of the new government, 19 were against and one abstained. Outgoing Prime Minister Dritan Abazovic wished good luck to the new Prime Minister and the new government in their work. The new Prime Minister said that the most important thing is that the government has been accepted.

The new government consists of 44 ministers and three deputies''prime minister. The main party in the coalition consists of 11 parties. The Party for the Future of Montenegro, represented by the new President of Parliament Andrija Mandic, will support the government in Parliament. The plan is to reconstruct the government by the end of 2024.

Serbian Government President Ana Brnabic congratulated Spajic on his appointment and expressed hope for further strengthening of cooperation between the two countries.
