Experts point out that the peak of student arrivals has passed and the last attempt by landlords to increase rental prices. It is expected that in the coming months, those who want to rent out their property will have to lower the price.

Now that the “peak” of student arrivals has passed, there is no reason for prices to remain high, so rental prices for these apartments are expected to come down in the near future.

Small apartments and garçonnières can be found again for 120 euros, which was impossible during the “swoop” of the Russians, even in the city center. According to the current offer on the portal Nekretnine.rs, an apartment for this price can be rented in Kalužerici. The owner describes it as a small, furnished garçonniere located close to Smederevo Way, health house, supermarket and bus stop. At this location, you can rent a one-bedroom apartment of 50 square meters for 130 euros.
