The chief executive of Emlakjet, Tolga Idikat, said the decline in residential real estate sales in Turkey in September was due to high interest rates on loans, and low interest loans could boost sales and revitalize the market. Şerife Çolpan, a member of Emlakjet Prestige Plus, also said that low interest rates on home loans will lead to a boost in the real estate market and increase demand due to high rental prices.
