Deprement: raising real estate prices for sale and rent.

The report showed that the earthquake increased the prices per square meter of residential properties for all age groups across Turkey. According to the report: in January, prices per square meter of residential real estate were 13,961 liras, and by March they had risen to 17,000 liras.
The report "Special Earthquake Dossier" from the Turkish Association of Real Estate Investors (GYODER), examines the effects of earthquakes on the housing sales and rental market. The study provides summary information on post-earthquake housing prices in the area, changes in rental values, age of buildings and availability of properties.
