Johnny Irwin from "A Place in the Sun" has been condemned for his "wrong" choice of home: "I couldn't investigate anything!"

Channel 4 has once again aired its popular TV show "A Place in the Sun," transporting viewers straight to sunny Bulgaria.
Guest Sara fell in love with this country 30 years ago and wanted to find her dream vacation home in the city of Tryavna.
However, host Jonny Irwin quickly realized that he had completely misjudged what Sarah wanted, and the guest criticized him for the proposed housing looking "like a box" and lacking character.
Today's program
It started with the introduction of Sarah and her close friend Suzy, who brought with them £40,000 to buy a holiday home.
The host Johnny said to her, "I want to show you five different objects in five different places, are you ready to be open?"
He immediately took them to a location in the center of the desired area, but they showed visible dissatisfaction with the first option.
Criticism of the host
Sara criticized the host, saying, "The size is fine, but there are no interesting features," to which her friend remarked, "It's just a box! It doesn't look like Sara..."
Sara added, "Even as a vacation home, it's too small," after which Johnny suggested they check out the extension.
The host explained: "Well, it's not the best start, but it's what we have... if you want to be close to the city center, then this is what we're offering you."
However, despite the fact that the girls seemed more interested in the arrangement, Sarah admitted, "I don't really like it, to be honest."
Johnny shared his thoughts with the camera after the girls' reaction and said, "If I want to fix these mistakes, we might have to change the location and choose something more remote."
Next, Johnny took them to another countryside location to show the fourth housing option, and Sarah remained uncertain about the prospect of living so far from the city.
The host explained: "Here is our balance between searching for a home. If you choose this, you get everything that the countryside has to offer.
Sara said, "I think it looks very nice. Let's go take a look," but neither of them was convinced by the interior.
In the end, Johnny took the girls back to their original place - Tryavna, but the house needed serious repairs.
There was a lot of mold in the house, and Suzy said to her friend, "We need to talk about this."
However, Johnny replied, "What is there to talk about? Either you find someone who will give you a problem with mold, or you don't, and then you won't buy this house!"
Sara explained that she had two options before Johnny met with the guests the next day so they could make a decision.
The house hunter decided to make an offer on the last option, and she received a counteroffer of £32,700, which meant that Sarah successfully became the owner of the house in Bulgaria.
The show "A Place in the Sun" airs on weekdays at 4:00 PM on Channel 4.
