George Clooney is selling his Lake Como villa for $107 million.

George and Amal Clooney are ready to part with their famous bachelor villa on Lake Como in northern Italy. A source close to the "Batman & Robin" star told Page Six newspaper that he has put it up for sale for a whopping 100 million euros ($107 million).

Rumors about the sale of Clooney's Lake Como property have been around for quite some time. Talks of a sale started back in 2010, when it was said that he was thinking of selling because of the paparazzi attention he was attracting to the area. Then the same rumors arose again in 2015, less than a year after he married lawyer Amalah.

"George loves the area and the people who live there, but he recognizes the attention he gets when he's there. He''There has been a huge offer for the villa he is thinking about and he would buy another, less affordable property in another area of Italy,' a source told us.

Clooney sells villa for 100 million euros
