This luxurious community has quickly become one of the popular residential areas thanks to its lavish urban lifestyle, harmoniously combined with the surrounding nature and tranquil environment, as well as all the amenities of modern living. Jumeirah Golf Estate (JGE) is located just a few minutes' drive from the Expo 2020 Dubai exhibition center and covers an area of 1,119 hectares. It features various types of properties, from luxurious villas and townhouses to apartments. The community is mainly divided into 16 districts, each with its unique architectural style, whether Mediterranean, American, Scandinavian, or purely Tuscan. Open spaces are of great importance, so each sub-district has its children's area, and the surrounding space is dotted with greenery and adorned with natural stone, mosaics, and water features.

About three-quarters of the residential buildings overlook the magnificent golf course, while the rest face lakes and green strips, ensuring a close connection with nature. According to the brochure, there are over 4,000 trees and more than 300 species of birds in JGE. The area has about 16 km of running and cycling trails that pass through various districts.

"One of the main advantages of Jumeirah Golf Estates is its two championship golf courses - Earth and Fire," says Jamil Chowdhury, a community specialist at JGE who works at Achiever Properties. "European championships are held here - some of the most prestigious international golf tournaments every year. Membership in the golf club is open to both residents and non-residents. However, residents receive an additional discount on membership." Additionally, at the very center of JGE is the club and country club, offering top-notch services: from premium restaurants to a sports bar, café, spa, tennis academy, golf academy, swimming pool and family pool, gym and aerobics room, banquet hall, event spaces and meeting rooms, as well as other amenities.

Community centers and stores

“In addition to the club center, there is also a community center - Centro Alandalus - located right at the entrance, where you can find a supermarket, laundry, and ATM, as well as many other shops opening soon. Another small community center, Fairway Marketplace, is also located in JGE,” added Jamil.
