Engel & Völkers is planning to open two new stores in Vicenza and Udine. The company thus intends to expand its presence in the Veneto and Friuli-Venezia Giulia regions, given the positive real estate market dynamics in both regions.
In 2022, indeed, Veneto recorded an increase of 1.4% in the number of sales transactions compared to the previous year. Friuli-Venezia Giulia recorded an even more significant increase of 4.5%.
