Evolution of the composition of the Board of Directors

The changes to MRM's board of directors are underway. Louis Burrus will be appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors to replace François de Varennes. There will also be a replacement for the SCOR SE representative, where Carole de Rozières will replace Karina Lelievre.

MRM, specialized in commercial real estate

MRM, specializing in the conduct of commercial real estate, announced that the board of directors at its December 12, 2023 meeting decided to accept the early retirement of Chairman François de Varenne. His replacement is Louis Burrus, who will also be appointed chairman of the board of directors. François de Varennes has served as Chairman of MRM since the capitalization that allowed SCOR SE to become MRM's largest shareholder in 2013. He later continued to work at SCOR, serving as interim executive director of SCOR at the beginning of the year and then appointed CFO and deputy executive director of SCOR.

Because of these changes, Louis Burrus, who was appointed director of SCOR Investment Partners in November, was a natural candidate to become chairman of MRM's board of directors, as he is related to the supreme shareholder, SCOR SE. Louis Burrus will also chair the investment committee. Confirmation of his appointment as a director will take place at the next Annual General Meeting.

Also at the same board meeting on December 12, 2023, it was decided to replace Karina Lelievre with Carole de Rozière as permanent representative of SCOR SE. Karina Lelievre, Deputy Secretary General of SCOR SE, has represented SCOR SE on the MRM Board of Directors since 2013. Carole de Rozières takes up the position of principal asset owner in the SCOR Group.

The Board of Directors sincerely thanked François de Varenne and Karina Lelievre for their active and intelligent contribution to the Board of Directors and their impeccable participation in the management of MRM over the past ten years.
