A forum on real estate issues in Brazil, organized by the United Arab Emirates.
Dubai: The Embassy of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in Brazil and the UAE Consulate General in São Paulo will be organizing the first Emirati Property Forum "Emirates" from January 29 to 30 at the Tivoli Mofarrej hotel in São Paulo, Brazil. This aligns with the UAE's strategy and initiatives to attract foreign direct investment in various sectors, including real estate, and to support tourism in the country. The forum is organized in conjunction with the International Property Show (IPS), which promotes the development of international cooperation and the exploration of profitable investment opportunities in this field.
The IPS real estate exhibition has a long history of success and will hold its twentieth edition at the World Trade Center in Dubai from February 27 to 29, 2024. It will provide a unique opportunity for industry representatives, professionals, and investors to communicate, exchange ideas, experiences, and views on the future through participation in targeted dialogues and discussions that contribute to the shaping of the real estate market.
The UAE Ambassador to Brazil, Saleh Ahmed Al Suwaidi, stated: "There has been noted a partnership in various areas, especially in the economic sphere, between the United Arab Emirates and the Federative Republic of Brazil. Our relations have reached the level of strategic partnership between the countries, especially after the UAE joined the BRICS group and participated in the G20 Working Group meetings in Brazil this year.
The UAE, with its strategic location and diverse economy, is an attractive destination for global investors. IPS in Brazil is committed to providing an unparalleled platform for exploring the advantages and investment opportunities in the UAE, as well as gaining insightful perspectives on market dynamics and opportunities for strategic partnerships. The forum will be a significant event in the ongoing effort to promote economic relations and cooperation between the United Arab Emirates and Brazil. We invite all interested parties, stakeholders, professionals, and investors to participate in this important event and contribute to the growth and prosperity of global real estate.
