"Gard Celine and Julien Martello are breaking records in real estate sales."."
A couple of real estate specialists, who set a French record for real estate sales, moved to Dubai to continue developing their business that trains real estate agents.
“Real estate is our life; I sold my first house when I was 18,” says Julien.
At the ages of 21 and 22, these two real estate agents established their first agency in the Vaucluse department near the city of Avignon. "We often traveled to the Gard department; our area of operation included the towns of Laudun-l'Ardoise, Roquemaure, and Saint-Laurent-des-Arbres. Today, we have many clients from Gard who come to us," the experts share.
Since September 2020, they have been supporting real estate professionals in developing their marketing and sales activities. "Our educational agency is called Iconic immobilier, and we specialize in individual coaching," they explain.
These professionals set a French record for real estate sales by selling 52 properties in a year. "Our secret: to sell more, you need to sell better.
Céline and Julien Martello developed the inverted selling method:
“Instead of convincing the client to make a purchase, we will consult the person and ask them many questions to understand what they truly desire.” Selling is no longer a mystery for them. “The goal for the seller is to connect the solution with the client’s desire,” they assert.
France is currently experiencing a real estate crisis, so they have many requests for assistance.
Real estate issues
Real estate agents are facing difficulties in modern France due to rising interest rates, decreasing purchasing power, and issues with stalled construction, which are paralyzing the market," specialists admit.
Moreover, the profession of real estate agent has experienced a boom in recent years. Many are starting to work in the market, which creates competition.
Over the past three years, Céline and Julien have become well-known in the real estate sector: "During the lockdown, we hosted live broadcasts on Facebook every morning at 9 o'clock. The program was called 'Coffee Time.' It lasted for 7 months, and we had a large audience: every morning, 500 real estate agents watched us," they say.
For the last two months, they have gone to Dubai because "the UAE is a place where real estate trading thrives," the couple explains.
Julien continues: "When you are an entrepreneur today, you need an administration that will support you, and unfortunately, that's not always the case in France."
Their new host country offers better conditions for entrepreneurship, as there is no income tax. "You can set up a company in just 15 days, and the accounting rules are more flexible," claims the entrepreneur.
That’s why they settled in the United Arab Emirates, to assist French and foreignreal estate agents.
