Serbs living abroad are currently most interested in new buildings in certain parts of the capital and on the mountains. Our compatriots who have been living and working abroad for a long time are buying real estate to support themselves when they return to Serbia, and also increasingly because of renting out apartments or houses, which is a very lucrative business.
