If the list is expanded to 1000 euros per square meter, the number of corresponding municipalities increases to 815.

The province of Ciudad Real ranks high in the number of municipalities with prices below 500 euros per square meter, with eight such towns registered within its territory. The most economical of these is Almaden, with a price of 390 euros per square meter in Castilla-La Mancha.

In the Levante area of Alicante, prices range from 460 euros per square meter in Alguenya to 961 euros per square meter in Pinoso. In Teruel and Soria, the number of settlements is also limited: in Teruel, you can find Alcañiz (685 euros per square meter) and Valderrobres (815 euros per square meter), while in the province of Soria, there are Almazán (635 euros) and Burgo de Osma (780 euros).
