Gonzalo Olmos, the youngest property registrar in Spain.

25-year-old Gonzalo Olmos has secured a position as a property registrar in Cangas de Onis (Asturias). He was able to achieve this figure in two and a half years, while the College of Property and Commercial Registrars in Spain itself estimates the necessary training time at five or ten years.

As a child, Gonzalo dreamed of becoming a doctor, but soon realized that his path lay in a different field. When he was in law school at Deusto University, he fell in love with commercial law and decided to take the entrance exam.
