Lalique Group SA, a Swiss company active in perfumes, crystal and jewelry, has published its PDF report.

According to the report, Lalique Group SA has closed the acquisition of a 75% stake in Château Lafaurie Peyraguey SAS, allowing the company to significantly expand its presence in the winemaking market in the Bordeaux region of France.

It has also been revealed that Lalique Group SA's net profit rose in the first half of 2023 thanks to an increase in revenues from product sales.

In January-November of this year, the value of the company's shares rose by 11.25%.

Lalique Group SA also expects to receive CHF 18 million in financing.
