The Numa Group, a European boutique apartment operator, has announced its expansion with the addition of two new properties in Madrid, where the company is actively seeking new properties for its portfolio.

One of these new properties for the company is Numa Goya, a building of 12 apartments on Montesa Street, in the upscale Salamanca neighborhood. The building was previously a hotel, but thanks to its technological system, the company has increased its capabilities. In addition, Numa is opening Numa Luna, a historic building in the center of Madrid with 12 apartments on Palma Street in the Malasaña district, near the Museo de la Romantica.

According to Numa's Spanish expansion director Carmine Tobiello, for the Numa group, the expansion in Madrid means a new step in their plan''expansion in Spain.
