One of these new properties for the company is Numa Goya, a building of 12 apartments on Montesa Street, in the upscale Salamanca neighborhood. The building was previously a hotel, but thanks to its technological system, the company has increased its capabilities.

According to Numa's Spanish expansion director Carmine Tobiello, for the Numa group, the expansion in Madrid means a new step in their plan''expansion in Spain. "We already have facilities in Seville and Barcelona, and now with the new apartments in Madrid we are covering the very important tourist and business market in Spain," he explained.
