Logicor has started construction of a new logistics hub of about 24,000 square meters in Pomerania, in the province ofRome. The work is scheduled for completion by the end of 2024.

The project will be realized on an industrial plot of about 97,000 sqm owned by Mazer Fund, a closed-end investment fund in which Logicor participates and managed by Kryalos Sgr.

The logistics hub will be located between Via dei Castelli Romani and Via Laurentina, about 30 km south of the center of Rome and 33 km from Fiumicino Airport.

The hub will be BREEAM certified at 'Very Good' level thanks to the installation of a 2.8MW photovoltaic system and charging stations for cars and vans. It will also include landscaping''green areas and public parking.

Graham Hepburn, CEO of Logicor in Italy, said, "The construction of this new logistics hub in Rome is an example of our strategy to expand through the development of sustainable logistics facilities.
