Unico-Brera overlooks an area of about 300 square meters, which''After the demolition of the previous buildings in 2007, it was left abandoned and will be reconstructed and rebuilt.

With a total investment fund of 20 million euros, Unico-Brera will be completed by the end of 2025 and construction will affect a commercial area of 2,300 square meters. The project has been made possible thanks to the collaboration with Concrete Investing, a crowdfunding company authorized by Consob and specialized in raising capital for real estate investments in areas of primary interest and with high potential.

Impresa Rusconi has partnered with Italianway, an operator in the Italian short-term rental market, which will be the main partner for Unico buyers wishing to rent out their purchased unit.
