Developers and agents in Cyprus report a significant decrease in demand and investments from Israel since October 2023, following the terrorist attack carried out by Hamas on October 7 in Israel. This event has seriously affected the economic ties between the two countries.
Israeli investors and visitors have become particularly cautious when making decisions about business and real estate in Cyprus, despite the island maintaining its stability and safety as a popular destination for investment and leisure.
Hopes that over time the relationship between Israel and Cyprus will be restored and business will start to develop again.
