The Bayraktar İnşaat Construction Company is celebrating its 50th anniversary with the Adres Ankara Evleri project. The project includes 3,000 residential buildings, open streets, shopping rows and stores. The event, which was held in Ankara, was attended by prominent personalities such as former Industry and Trade Minister Ali Çoşkun, former Education Minister Hüseyin Çelik, Honorable Supreme Court President Sami Selçuk, Deputy Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey Sadık Yakut, former Deputy Prime Minister Yalçın Akdoğan, Presidential Advisor Oktay Saral, Turkey's Chief Ombudsman Seref Malkoç and many others.

The founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bayraktar İnşaat, Erdoğan Bayraktar, said at the meeting: "We are gathered here,''to tell and showcase our Adres Ankara Evleri project to our customers, close friends and acquaintances. Thank you to everyone who is here. There is an economic crisis in the world right now and in our country we are also facing tight monetary policy. This is making it difficult to work in the construction industry and making real estate sales difficult. It looks like this situation will continue for some more time.

Bayraktar noted that the world faces economic crises every 5-10 years and gave examples of how Turkey coped with the economic embargoes and crises it experienced in 1974 and 2008. He noted that real estate has always overcome interest rates and currency, and''Those who did not invest in housing during the crisis regretted their decision when prices started to rise after the crisis.

Bayraktar also emphasized the advantages of the Adres Ankara Evleri project over rising interest rates and exchange rates. He said that it is a special project that will create awareness in Ankara and will be a model project with residential areas, social and cultural spaces. He also said that the project is located next to Turkey's largest second hospital, that the neighborhood is developing and has high potential, and that investing in residential or commercial real estate in this project can bring much higher returns than rising interest rates. He also noted that the project includes approximately 3,000 residential houses, of which about 1,290 houses''are intended for the owners of the cooperative, which will be given to them in the amount of 160 square meters, as well as about 1,536 apartments and about 70 retail spaces that belong to Bayraktar İnşaat.

Bayraktar also said that families purchasing apartments in the Adres Ankara Evleri project will receive their apartments in mid-2025 as promised. He noted that the construction is 45-50 percent complete.

Bayraktar emphasized that they attach importance to quality and safety in their construction projects. He noted that there are 80 to 100 piles under each building of the Adres Ankara Evleri project and a 180 cm thick radial foundation above them, which is larger than the area of the building.He also noted that the columns are built with slabs and used''Concretes quality C40-C45.

Bayraktar also shared valuable insights about the construction sector, public and political field since 1973 and presented the Bayraktar İnşaat 50 years catalog, which contains information about his works over 50 years, handing it over to his son Muhammad Oktay Bayraktaru, a civil engineer, who also spoke on stage.
