A simple extract is an information document that provides details of "the current records relating to the manifestation object, which show, at least, its identification with a Uniform Registration Code (URC), the identity of the registered owner of the plot or rights to it and the nature and limitations of those rights." Information can be requested according to these search criteria:
- Name''the registered owner of the site or right.
- Official name of the entity that is the owner of the site or right.
- Single site registration code (SRC).
- Plot registration record number.
- The cadastral plot number in cases where plots are agreed with the Cadastre or identified in cadastral cartography.
- Passport, national identification number (NIN), tax identification number (NIF), foreigner identification number (NIE).
- Address (street, square, etc.).
This can also be requested using the geolocation system via the College of Registrars geoportal. This will require one of the following data to be provided: unique''registration code (ERK), plot owner (name or official name and/or NIN) or registration data (province, city, registration and plot number). The cost of requesting this simple extract is 9.02 euros and it can be done in person by contacting the Property Register to which the property belongs or electronically by following this link of the College of Registrars.
