There are also a significant number of luxury properties for sale in Budva, with prices in the millions of euros.
Kotor
With regard to Kotor, in Dobrota, an unfurnished apartment in a new building with a sea view with an area of 52 square meters costs 110,000 euros, that is, about 2115 euros per square meter. On the other hand, a four-room duplex in the heart of the Old Town in Kotor with an area of 110 square meters costs 260,000 euros.
Herceg Novi
According to the website nekretnine.rs, Herceg Novi has the lowest real estate prices, in some cases even well below the average. Thus, the owner of a three-room duplex with an area of 104 square meters asks about 91,000 euros, that is, 875 euros per square meter, but it should be noted that this apartment, as described by its owner, is located a few minutes from the center. If you are looking for something closer to the coast, for a one-bedroom apartment of 45 square meters in 250 meters from the sea you have to pay about 1377 euros per square meter, that is 62,000 euros. In Igalo, for a spacious one-bedroom apartment of 133 square meters with panoramic sea view you have to pay 195,000 euros, i.e. about 1466 euros.
Tivat
In the case of Tivat, the prices, as in Budva, are above average, and for one-bedroom apartments and studios a little more than average is required. A large number of properties for sale are in Porto Montenegro, where apartments cost a fortune and this raises the average price per square meter in Tivat, but there is also a significant amount of affordable properties. In 5 minutes from the center of Tivat is offered an apartment in a new building with an area of 45 square meters, which is sold at a price of 1800 euros per square meter, that is 81,000 euros. In the heart of Tivat, a 54 square meter attic apartment with an attractive sea view is sold at a price of 120,000 euros, while a furnished apartment in a new building with a swimming pool of 55 square meters is sold at a price of 75,000 euros.
