Calabria, a region in Italy, is offering a kind of "active living" program for young people under 40 years of age in order to revitalize a devastated area. Since 2021, Calabria has been trying to attract young people to its cities through a program that offers financial incentives. This month, the program caught the attention of internet users.
The basic idea behind the program is for young people to move to one of Calabria's municipalities and lend their support to the local economy by starting their own business or offering jobs.
