Katarina Grujić makes money from rental properties in Montenegro: The singer has invested a lot of money in luxury properties, HUNDREDS OF NIGHTS

It is a known fact that our female artistes earn huge sums of money that allow them to provide a luxurious life for themselves. However, some of them have decided to invest wisely, and one of them is singer Katarina Grujić.

She decided to invest in real estate and has been renting out two luxury properties in Kolasin, Montenegro for some time now. For example, two nights in a small property costs 23,434 dinars, while two nights in a large one will cost 56,242 dinars, which means that one night is half the price of the above prices. As the singer noted in her Instagram profile, she is the owner of these properties.

"The property is located 45 km from Lake Boukoumir and offers a garden, a terrace and air-conditioned apartments with a balcony and free Wi-Fi. All apartments are fully equipped and feature a washing machine, a TV with satellite channels, a sofa bed and a work desk. Guests also have access to a dining area and a kitchen with an oven and a stove. During your stay you can relax in the sauna.

For personal needs, Katarina and Marko Gobeljic also have a villa in the center of Budva, which they do not rent out, and the singer recently spoke about this property.

"Rather, I would say that my father is the lucky one who built it, and then already me, who inherited. I believe that parents should do everything for their children if they have the opportunity. That's what I will do for my Katya, too. "Katarina said, then described how her day goes at sea in Montenegro, where she also works.

"There the performances start late, around half past twelve at night, and when it's over it's seven in the morning. I take off my makeup, take a shower, go to bed, and don't get up until 12-13 hours. I just can't wake up early enough. "We have Kathy, we eat together, bathe together, then have a nap in the afternoon and get ready for the show," Katarina said recently for The Courir.
