The Turkish Airlines and Emlak Konut GYO Corporation have launched a housing promotion in Istanbul. The Yenişehir Evleri Arnavutköy project offers apartments with a 120-month repayment period and a down payment starting from 7,500 liras.

Residents are asking whether they will be able to become homeowners and when the result of the draw will be announced.

The Ministry of Environment, Urban Construction and Climate Change has launched a new campaign for those who lack housing in Istanbul after the successful campaigns "My First Home, My First Workplace" and "My New Home".

The closing date for entries was June 2, 2023.

Payments will be made through the Emlak Konut system.

To participate in the program, buyers must be residents of Istanbul, have not had a home registered to them in the last year, and will not be allowed to sell the property for 5 years after purchase, except in unforeseen circumstances.
