When will the trial of Donald Trump take place?
Donald Trump's calendar is filled with court hearings related to his numerous criminal charges and civil lawsuits. The former president and his legal team are preparing for a busy year, trying to juggle multiple court dates while Trump continues his2024 presidential campaign.
At the moment, Trump has been accused of committing a crime four times: two on the federal level and two on the state level. In addition, two civil lawsuits are pending against the former president in New York.
Although Trump's legal team is continuously trying to convince judges to postpone court dates until the 2024 elections, almost all dates for the criminal charges have been set for next spring.
The most relevant event at the moment is Trump's civil case against the state of New York, which begins in Manhattan court on Monday, October 2.

Trump was initially charged with 37 criminal counts, including violations of the Espionage Act, as he allegedly unlawfully retained top-secret documents containing national security information.
