ENTERSOFT acquires INFOPOWER HR SOLUTIONS and strengthens its position in the market of HR, time and labor management software

ENTERSOFT announces that it has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of Infopower HR Solutions Private Capital Company, registered in Athens under the number 173049601000.

In 2023, INFOPOWER will have revenues of approximately €450,000, with EBITDA of approximately €150,000. The company has a net cash position. They have extensive experience in''realizing projects in payroll management, timekeeping, human resource management and access control. They actively support a number of large and demanding companies such as Piraeus Bank, Pancreta Bank, Greek Banks Association, PCT (Cosco Piraeus Container Terminals), Hellenic Post, Public Company of Natural Gas, Society of Information SA, Public Real Estate Company, Enterprise Greece, Pharmaserve-LILLY, Rolco Vianil, Byte Computers, Elinoil, Pepsico- Tasty, ETPA Packaging, Aldemar Hotels, Aquila Hotels, Alpha Urban Real Estate, Intrum Hellas and more than 100 other medium and large companies.

The acquisition is part of ENTERSOFT's strategy to dynamically enter the HR, time and labor management software market with the latest technology solutions covering all HR processes.

The consideration is €900,000, payable in cash. The acquisition will be financed from ENTERSOFT's own funds.
