The Italian digital hospitality platform Numa Group has partnered with Investire Sgr (Gruppo Banca Finnat) to manage the new Numa Sempione hotel in Milan.
The hotel currently under construction at Corso Sempione 39 is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2024. It will consist of 36 rental apartments for short-term stays, with a total capacity of 72 beds and an average area of 55 square meters.
The building will be adapted to the standards of the Numa group, including intelligent revenue management and an internal operational and distribution system.
Investire Sgr is strengthening its position in the hospitality market through a new partnership with Numa, expanding its presence in this sector.
“Numa continues to expand its portfolio in Italy and now has an even stronger presence in Milan,” emphasizes Dmitry Chandogin, president of Numa Group.
