RentVolution conference in the Senate to find housing solutions in Italy
Today, the demand for real estate is constantly growing, but the supply cannot keep up the pace. This phenomenon has a significant scale: "At the moment, over 7 million residential properties are vacant, and together with commercial properties this number reaches 10 million. Measures need to be taken to make real estate rentals more attractive and economically viable for owners." These are the words of Senator Elena Murelli, who spoke on October 16 at the RentVolution conference held in the Senate Hall of the Italian Republic.

We need a vision and a long-term housing policy linked to urban development that protects property owners and also takes into account public housing centered on public housing as part of an active aging population, as envisioned in the already Parliament-approved mandate for seniors."
