Crédit Agricole Italia continues to be a leading partner for families and young people by launching a new campaign entirely dedicated to mortgages. In a market that is becoming increasingly complex due to geopolitical tensions, rising prices, and increasing interest rates, the Group has decided to support its clients by offering a new mortgage program called "Mutuo CA Greenback" under very competitive conditions.

Today and until December 31, 2023, young clients up to 36 years old or those looking to purchase "green" real estate with high energy efficiency (classes A, B, or C) can obtain financing at a fixed rate of 3.49%. At the same time, to support the energy transformation of families interested in acquiring properties with low environmental impact, "Mutuo CA Greenback" does not charge any service fees.

In addition, for clients of other banks who wish to reduce their monthly payment by refinancing their mortgage, Crédit Agricole offers a rate of 3.79% for young clients up to 36 years old and property owners in classes A, B, or C, and a rate of 3.99% for all other clients.

Mutuo CA Greenback, launched last April, allows subscribers to access Scelte di Valore, a program that rewards the purchase of banking, insurance, and financial products issued by the CA Group with cumulative discounts on the monthly payment (ranging from 1 to 39 euros) over the next 5 years, as well as a variety of flexible options, such as the IniziaConCalma option, which allows payments to start up to 12 months after the deal is signed, or the SaltaRata option, which allows one annual payment to be skipped throughout the duration of the mortgage in case of special unforeseen circumstances.
