The deadline for homeowners to pay their second installment of property taxes was set for Nov. 30. The second installment of property taxes, which is paid twice a year, can be paid during the month of November. However, those who miss this time may face late fees.

The amount of property tax can vary depending on factors such as the value, location and characteristics of the property. Therefore, those who do not pay the appropriate amount by November 30 will have to pay a late fee.

Persons who have property tax but have no other income, such as pensioners, widows, families of deceased servicemen, orphans, veterans and the unemployed, are exempted from paying the tax. In addition, persons who own only one property or a share in it not exceeding 200 square meters are also exempt from tax.
