Renting the entire hotel at an exclusive location on Durmitor for 200 euros per month. National Parks of Montenegro (NPCG) is renting out a hotel on an exclusive location by Lake Sušica on Durmitor for only 200 euros per month. From this state-owned company confirmed that one company has applied for a public offer and will be the hotel's tenant for the next five years.

At a time when real estate prices are rising and it is impossible to find an apartment for rent in Žabljak or Belgrade for such a price, the National Park of Montenegro decided to rent out the entire hotel for 200 euros per month. A tourist-hotel building of 240 square meters is offered in a tender for 2400 euros per year.

The public bid, which was released in September, did not include a condition that the company submitting the bid have experience in the hospitality industry.
