Apartments in Cyprus are cheaper than on the Aegean.

The magazine "Para Dergisi" notes that Turkey has launched several projects of residential complexes in the territory of Northern Cyprus (KKTC), which has recently attracted both foreign citizens and Turks. Real estate experts note that the cost of housing in KKTC is much lower than on the Aegean coast, and in addition, its rental yield is higher. Especially popular for purchase here are the capital Lefkosha, resort Girne and Gazimagusa.
