At the end of 2023, Disney actress turned pop star Sabrina Carpenter paid $4.4 million for a house in the Hollywood Hills, renovated by Taylor Hahn and Amanda Lee from House of Rolison. Now, designers and builders from Los Angeles have completed another deal for a similarly remodeled home in the 90210 area. Originally listed for $4.2 million, the Spanish-Mediterranean style house, which is approximately 3,400 square feet, has just been sold for just under $4 million to 27-year-old K-pop sensation Lalisa "Lisa" Manoban from the group Blackpink.

The documents show that the House of Rolison team bought this particular house almost a year ago for nearly $2.4 million, back in the spring of 2023, and then gave it a new life as a century-old home - infusing it with fresh and modern chic while preserving its soul. Originally built in the early 1920s, the cream stucco and stone structure now features four bedrooms and as many bathrooms, set within a stylishly remodeled living space with stone walls and floors, custom-painted cedar ceilings, and light fixtures from Italy.

A new tiled roof has also been installed. In the glass dining area, there is a striking chandelier and large windows. On the first level, you can find a living room with a fireplace and French doors leading to a covered balcony, as well as a formal dining room with a vaulted ceiling, and a sunlit kitchen with oak cabinetry, marble countertops, brass fixtures, a quartz island, an Ilve oven, and an adjoining breakfast area. There is also a luxurious master bedroom with a spa-like bathroom equipped with two sinks, a separate bathtub, a rain shower, and a lower-level space with original stone floors, a stone fireplace, and a separate entrance.

According to Variety, the Thai musician known to her fans simply as Lisa has been pursuing a solo career alongside her work with Blackpink for the past few years.
