Two large property management companies have announced a merger.

On the South Coast, a new national organization has been created with 1,150 employees and 47,000 housing units under their management. MEB Management Services from Phoenix and Weller Management from St. Petersburg, Florida, announced their merger on Monday, forming the nationwide management company Bryten Real Estate Partners after a year of internal planning, according to a press release.

The units managed by the new company cover several states, including Arizona, New Mexico, Tennessee, Florida, Colorado, Kentucky, Georgia, North and South Carolina, New York, and Texas.
The buildings serviced by the company include community complexes, multi-story residential buildings, student dormitories, and vacation apartments.
The plan is to increase our assets under management, supporting client growth objectives.
