Merseyside estate agents unite under one roof.
The TemFED has announced the launch of a CRM and MLS program that will allow local agencies to upload listings to a single system and provide instant access to client-appropriate listings with just a click of a button.
The General Vice Chairman of the Turkish Federation of All Real Estate Consultants (TemFED) and Chairman of the Governing Board of the MersinReal Estate Agents Association Mehmet Sinan Cianpolat said they plan to introduce the CRM and MLS program, which is used by 12 million people around the world, for the first time in Turkey to eliminate the high cost of housing listings by agents.
Janpolat explained that "the CRM program allows citizens to see listings,'''a MLS program is a system where only registered agents can upload housing listings. After Mersin, we plan to expand this program throughout Turkey."
He noted that the program is being introduced to help colleagues and consultants stop searching for properties locally, and said that "only agents with the appropriate licenses will be able to enter the program. The program will be free for the first 6-12 months until it stabilizes. Later, a token price for services will be introduced. "
Also, Cianpolat shared information about the partnership with the Consulate General of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) in Mersin, with whom they plan to realize joint projects.
