The real estate expert Davorka Tasic appeared on the program "Pulse of Serbia", where she spoke about the current situation on the real estate market. - Belgrade has always been a special market. We are more influenced by political circumstances than the general situation on the global real estate market. When we talk about possible consequences, none of us really know what will happen. I personally believe that there will not be a sharp drop in real estate prices. It is pointless to expect that new buildings will get cheaper. We've always had a problem with older apartments where sellers wanted to put up prices comparable to luxury new builds.
