Sales have begun for the Six Senses Residences Loire Valley hotel in Le Borde Estate, France.
In France, another impressive structure is about to appear on its own 1,400-acre plot, along with the luxury Le Bord property. The first phase of sales for the anticipated Six Senses Loire Valley branded residences, which will begin construction next year, was recently launched. The development should be completed in 2026. In the first phase of sales, 12 out of 52 villas with a total price from 2.5 million have been put on the market. Euros to 8.8 mln. Euros (from approx. 2.8 mln. dollars to $9.6 million. dollars). In addition to the upcoming residences, Le Borde is already home to a single-family home community called Cour du Baron, which features 89 residences built by architecture firm Michaelis Boyd. Sales of this project began in August 2022. The project is also slated to include a five-star Six Senses Loire Valley hotel, which will open in 2026. In total, the resort will feature 50 rooms, three restaurants and 18,000 square feet of spa space with indoor and outdoor pools, a gym and yoga studio.

The estate, which is located 90 minutes south of Paris in the middle of a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is also home to the renowned Le Bord golf club. It features an 18-hole new course designed by Gil Hans and an 18-hole old course designed by Robert von Hagge, making it one of the most prestigious private golf clubs in the world. Naturally, residents will have the opportunity to apply for membership, which provides access to the central clubhouse and two championship fields. Owners will also be able to play on the three-par Wild Piglet course, where membership is not required.
