Real estate is more expensive than 5%, the average cost per square meter is 1,600 euros in Italy
The prices of real estate in the Italian city of Volterra since 2015 have increased from 1054 euros to 1641 euros per square meter. Such data was announced by Oms (real estate watchdog) in Volterra City Hall, which provided an overview of real estate prices: in 2023, prices increased by 5.41% compared to the previous year. Volterra ranks 3182nd in the ranking of the most expensive cities in Italy. The cost per square meter of an apartment is 1542.54 euros, a house - 1673.82 euros, and a plot of land - 229.74 euros.
In Pomarancha, the situation with real estate prices has also changed: in 2023, the average cost per square meter is 1659 euros, which is 4.45% higher than in the previous year. Pomarancha ranks 3083rd in the ranking of the most expensive cities in Italy. Price per square meter of apartment''is 1,559.46 euros, a house is 1,692.18 euros and a plot of land is 232.26 euros. Property prices in Pomarancha have also increased significantly over the past few years, starting from 1157 euros per square meter in 2015.
But the biggest increase in property prices boasts Castelnuovo Valdicečina: here, according to Oms data, the price per square meter of real estate in 2023 is 1770 euros.
B'''Montecatini Valdicechina property prices have also increased: in 2023, the average cost per square meter is 1548 euros, which is the largest increase in the whole territory for the year. An apartment costs €1,455.12 per square meter, a house €1,578.96 and a plot of land €216.72. In 2015, the average property price in Montecatini was 937 euros per square meter. There is also an increase in real estate prices here.
