"Real estate - the school of humility: an article by Leonard Lang in Dr House Immo - Journal de l'Agence."
Dr House Immo network, which has just celebrated its tenth anniversary, enters its second decade with a strategic course: "continuing in flexibility and modesty." Today, the Dr House Immo network employs nearly1000 experienced real estate consultants located throughout France, from the Île-de-France region to French Guiana, including Alsace and Provence.
“This is a true source of pride, especially when you know that a third of the employees joining us do so thanks to word-of-mouth recommendations from their colleagues,” says Leonard Lang, co-founder and partner of Nicolas Blanchin and Stéphane Escobossy.
Over the decade, the network has managed to create its own brand image in real estate, combining specialization and a family-oriented approach. Two key qualities that are also present in their media patron, Valeri Damido. "Our experienced consultants are resilient and level-headed in the current market conditions."
To attract and retain consultants, the network has focused from the very beginning on attractive compensation and close accessibility. In a competitive market, this strategy is an advantage. "Like our leadership - we have been working in real estate for thirty years - our employees are experienced and familiar with real estate cycles. They are more resilient and more level-headed regarding the changes and concerns affecting our industry," says Leonard Lang. "Of course, in our daily communications with them, we discuss challenges, especially in certain geographic areas, but our close support and quick response allow us to assist our partners at any time.
“Continuing with flexibility and humility.” Thus, at the dawn of its second decade of existence, the Dr House Immo network sets itself the task of continuing with flexibility and humility. “First and foremost, flexibility, because the real estate market is like a living organism, constantly evolving, and the way clients perceive real estate is also changing. Changes in lifestyle directly affect people’s requests and expectations, and how they envision their home, which is why our approach to work must also be flexible and adaptive,” continues Leonard Lang. “Humility is the second quality because, although we have a vision, we do not have a crystal ball. Real estate is a school of humility. We must always question ourselves, find new solutions, and learn to meet the complex and growing demands of society.”
And this implies another task: to be active in the digital space by offering an interface with multiple features.
Don't miss it either.
