A few months later, Robin and Fabienne open their first agency in Atis-Mont, in Essonne. The beginning of an entrepreneurial adventure. In a dynamic real estate market, the first sales were quickly made. Robin and Fabienne were also supported by a huge desire to succeed. Nothing could stop them, not banking procedures, not agency customization work, not job interviews with applicants... Things they've never done before. They strongly follow the method they were taught at a 21-day training at Laforêt for future franchisees.
Multi-franchise growth
With their success, two partners decide to open a second agency in Vilneuve-les-Roi. A city over which airplanes fly, and which no one is interested in at the time! However, they achieve excellent sales immediately. The experience encourages them to continue, opening 2 and then 3 other agencies in Essonne and the Marne Valley.
Last year, Robin and Fabienne split up to continue their family projects. Fabien leaves for Nîmes and Robin Banege moves to Serry-Val d'Europ, in Seine-et-Marne, the region where he grew up. He's starting a new agency, owning the property. "The nerve of war," in his words, when you are a franchisee. He intends to repeat the wonderful adventure he had in '91 and '94. "Seine-et-Marne is a fantastic region where all kinds of activities are possible. Our goal is to rank among the best Laforêt agencies in France in the next 3-5 years. "
