New leadership for central Italy's post-earthquake reconstruction: expected changes
It has been more than 7 years since August 24, 2016, when central Italy was devastated by a powerful earthquake that caused not only casualties and injuries, but also significant damage to buildings, including residential buildings.
The Revenue Agency has published updated guidance on the regulation of incentives for rebuilding the affected area:
The new guidance is an updated version of that which has already been developed by the Revenue Agency in conjunction with the Interim Government Commissioner for Earthquake Recovery. The purpose of the guide is to provide full and comprehensive assistance to citizens, professionals and entrepreneurs who need to navigate among''all available incentives and opportunities offered to those who must rebuild damaged buildings, with particular emphasis on the combined use of Superbonus and other tax credits.

'Crucial combination for a successful recovery that is post-blast''The inflation bubble has significantly increased commitments for earthquake victims,' commented Guido Castelli, Commissioner for Earthquake Recovery 2016.
"What is important in our contribution is, above all, clarity in favor of those citizens whose property, the result of personal investments and sacrifices, has suffered the consequences of the earthquake," said the director of the Revenue Agency, Ernesto Maria Ruffini.
