If George sells his villa as requested, he will make a staggering profit since he bought it in 2002 for just $10 million. The villa has 25 rooms with stunning celebrity amenities including an outdoor pool, gym, movie room, lush gardens and tennis court. Of course, we can't forget the magnificent view of Lake Como, which is literally a stone's throw from his property. The villa has been visited by celebrities such as Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, Matt Damon, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck.The dynamic duo are creating new memories at their 425-acre wine estate in France, which they purchased for just $8.3 million. Their six-year-old twins, Alexander and Ella, will be given the opportunity to swim in the pool, run through the olive grove, visit their own lake or even learn the art of winemaking in the 25-acre vineyard. It's a big step for the Clooney family, but it seems like the perfect secluded place for them to get rid of the paparazzi.
