JLL and Tétris Italia have joined Haleon

created from the GSK Group, in the implementation of its first office in Italy inMilan. The new headquarters occupies an area of 1,500 square meters in the "Monte Rosa 91" campus, which is managed by AXA IM Alts on behalf of its clients and was designed by the architectural studio Renzo Piano. The complex has been recently remodeled.

Support from JLL and Tétris Italia

The project and development team at JLL supported Haleon during the lease negotiation process, supporting the company in the technical evaluation of the spaces and coordinating the design work to oversee the progress of the interior finishes. Tétris designed the new offices, carrying out, in addition to architectural design, also construction management to personalize and adapt the spaces.
