The development plan of the Brenner Shopping Center, organized by Promos, which has been managing the structure since 2022, consists of investing 25 million euros, opening two new zones and creating more than 4,000 square meters of new space.

In addition to the modernization, a new open area and two additional zones are also foreseen, which will allow for the expansion of the product range in fashion and food.

The Brenner shopping center was opened in 2007 on the border between Italy and Austria. It currently comprises three catering outlets and 70 stores on an area of 16,000 square meters.

The new project will start in the coming weeks and will be realized over three years. It will affect several''zones of the center and is divided into two phases. The first, which will start construction by the end of 2023, includes the creation of a food court with an open area.
