Emlak Konut's general director, Hakan Gedikli, has handed over his duties to Cengiz Erdem.

General Manager of Emlak Konut GYO, Hakan Gedikli, who has consistently held the position for the past 5 years, has passed the baton to Cengiz Erdem, who has successfully completed important tasks in real estate and transportation.

According to a statement made by Emlak Konut, Cengiz Erdem, who graduated from the Geodesy and Photogrammetry Department of the Faculty of Engineering at Yıldız Technical University, received a master's degree in occupational health and safety from Okan University in 2014. Erdem also graduated from Anadolu University's Faculty of Management in 2023.

Erdem, who worked in the private sector for a short time, started his career in 1997 at Istanbul Konut Imar Plan Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ (KİPTAŞ) as a cartographic engineer. Since then, Erdem has worked in various departments of KİPTAŞ as Chief, Director, Deputy General Manager and General Manager.
